Terms & Conditions
All services provided by EZT Forensics Inc. are subject to the following terms and conditions. By engaging our services, clients agree to the provisions outlined below.
Travel times, transportation costs, and expense estimates are based on current flight schedules and prevailing airfares. Actual costs will be invoiced as incurred.
Professional services are billed according to the agreed rate structure.
If EZT Forensics anticipates that the total cost of an engagement will exceed the original estimate by more than 15%, we will inform the client without delay.
Invoices for services and reimbursable expenses are due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Payment must be made via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Payment Policy
A late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will apply to all overdue balances.
An additional USD 50.00 reminder fee may be charged for each formal payment reminder issued after the due date.
Liability Disclaimer
EZT Forensics Inc. shall not be liable for any delays, damages, or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
Our liability for any claim arising from the performance of services is strictly limited to the total amount of fees paid for the services rendered. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Confidentiality
EZT Forensics Inc. treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Any material shared with us in the course of an engagement is protected from unauthorized access and not disclosed to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.
In providing and improving our services, we may use secure, professional-grade IT systems and processing infrastructure to handle client data. These systems may be operated by selected technology partners or affiliated entities acting on our behalf and under strict confidentiality obligations.
We also reserve the right to extract and internally generalize technical insights derived from our casework. Such content may be de-identified and abstracted to support the further development of engineering methods, analytics capabilities, or software tools intended for broader industry application – always without referencing specific clients or projects.
Environmental Responsibility
EZT Forensics Inc. supports the objectives of the Paris Agreement and is committed to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, in alignment with a 1.5 °C pathway.
We continuously review our environmental impact and take proportionate steps to reduce emissions, minimize waste, and promote sustainable practices across our operations and supply chain. This includes cooperation with clients and partners to support environmentally responsible service delivery.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction in Delaware.
